Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our couture dresses, all sales are final. Each dress is made specifically for you based on your measurements and cannot be resold.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your dress arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Alterations

Minor alterations may be needed to achieve a perfect fit. We recommend working with a professional tailor in your area. We can provide guidance on finding a qualified alteration specialist.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, the dress will have entered production and cancellation is no longer possible.
